The Dream Builders, Youth Aviation Academy Mentoring Program, is a unified effort of Aviation professionals and enthusiasts from the various career fields that exist in aviation. Our love for aviation compels us to ensure that our youth and young adults are exposed to as many of the career paths that aviation offers. We believe the best approach to our mission is sharing our knowledge and experience via networking with community organizations that have the same passion as we do. We have committed to this service and calling with the hope that others will follow behind us and will also pass their knowledge and experience to those that will come after them.
The career paths available in aviation are numerous and includes pilots, mechanics, air traffic controllers, flight attendants, aircraft dispatchers, flight followers, aviation safety inspectors, airport inspectors, TSA inspectors, federal air marshals, engineers, and several others. These careers pay very well and with proper mentoring can become a reality for those wishing to pursue aviation as a way of life.
The mentoring program consists of flying the Microsoft Flight Simulator, participating in basic aviation ground school lessons, flying drones, airport visits, air traffic control tower visits, attending presentations conducted by aviation professionals, visiting the Milwaukee Air Traffic Control Tower, visiting the Wisconsin Air National Guard Air Base, attending a presentation by Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) about their Aviation Mechanic program, aircraft maintenance and operations facility visits, and demonstration flights (weather permitting).

Our Main Base of Operations is Grace Fellowship Church, located at 3879 N. Port Washington Road, Milwaukee, WI 53212. Other locations are upon request.
